My Thoughts:
FB- Better: offer money / perks/ Brand
Worse: WLB and Culture
Box- Better: WLB/Culture
Worse: Earning potential / company performance
Any thoughts on things I havent considered / any reason to take one over the other? Like Career Trajectory? Internal vs consulting consideration?

I am currently working in a leading architecture and design firm for almost a year now. I have 3 years of experience. When I started in this firm I was told that they will reconsider my position in sometime. I recently asked HR regarding salary review, but he denied and said they are not considering anymore salary this year and next salary considerations would be in Q1 of next year(6 more months). I know I’m being underpaid. What should do or how should I negotiate?
