Deloitte I'm working as Assistant Manager with lowest Salary that a Assistant Manager with 6+ years of experience. It's more of like a fresher or an analyst salary. I have been constantly approaching my manager but the only thing I hear is he will talk with HR and our AVP. The work culture is also more than 12hrs a day. Be honest and direct. Start with an acknowledgment that you’re very junior too but based on what you’ve learned there are some things they could do to improve work product or avoid easy mistakes. I’d actually avoid giving too much praise because as a second year you likely know much more about what’s wrong than what’s right

Depending on what they are doing wrong I usually couch any critique as being the “group’s preferred approach.”
Kudos to you for thinking and being concerned about this.
Honestly, half the reason I’m thinking about it is someone a year senior to me has been condescending and it leaves a bad taste.
