How do you guys do it with all the flying? I hate the change in pressure, I feel sick all the time, there are turbulent rides, delayed travel etc. it’s all just so terrible.

Zicam, emergenc, Melatonin or CBD for the first night, no alcohol, and tons of water during travel days. Use hand sanitizer and the travel packs of wipes on the seats and trays. People look, but IDGAF. Also, just shut the PC down the first night, forget the team dinner, and get yourself some sleep. Make up for it later in the week. You can’t keep that schedule going forever, so the only way to make it work is to take care of yourself.

like

I wholeheartedly agree. I’m all about Emergen C before and after flying, and throughout my trip. Drinking makes you sleep worse. I have a low dosage of Xanax from my doctor I take when flying. I’m not afraid of flying, but I don’t love it

It's really personal preference. I can't stand a 20 minute Uber, but a 3 hour flight twice a week is awesome. There are outlets, wifi, people who bring you the beverage of your choice, nobody can bother you if you want to work, it's totally acceptable/expected to nap, and every time you do it you get points that mean you can go anywhere in the world on your personal time. I legitimately love flying for work weekly.

Hi tax 🐠,

I have a question for those who prep individual tax returns. My parents claim my grandfather as a dependent on their tax return and due to their low income, receive PTC for the premiums they pay on his insurance (not eligible for medicare). However, would it be advantageous to have him file for his own tax return (he stays with my parents and doesn't have his own proof of residency via bills). If so, can he get PTC if his income is 0?
