Stay at the Westin, get workout clothes for $5
When I have a project 5+ weeks I store gym clothes/shoes and shower needs (ie shower gel, shave gel, shaver, perfume/cologne, shaver, shampoo) with the bellhop. Completely unnecessary to transport every week
Just buy some size 9 or 10 shoes to save space
My size 14 does as well. 3 gym outfits, lifting straps, pre workout all fits weekly. Stop taking casual clothes and wear tanktops and shorts to the bar
What EY1 said. The clothes you wear to dinner or sleep they day before you workout in the next day. Also fit things in your shoes. I stick my protein powders (double bagged) and other things in the shoes. I usually end up with room to spare.
You could also get something like Nike Free Flyknits that can be very compact due to their low-structure design
Pack some clothes in the shoes
E3 LOL
Minimalist shoes - Merrell Vapor Gloves
Will need to transition to minimalist/pose (natural) running style if you're a heel striker.
Transition takes several months, but, I will never go back.
Also great to use zero-drop shoes for lifting.
OP I roll all my clothes and stuff them into my shoes (gym shoes and heels, so they double as shoe shapers) and into any extra space in the bag. I fold my work clothes nicely and all my gym clothes/reg clothes are used as "stuffers".
Get some nice shoe bags
^ Westin workout program will let you borrow shoes/shorts/thshirt for $5/day and you get a pair of socks to keep.
Travel light. I carry my work clothes, underwear and the gym clothes/shoes.
Leave your workout clothes with the hotel over the weekend!
Throw in gym bag, check once per project, leave at hotel and bring home when wrapping up.
Atk2, Can you please explain?
Also, EY1 size 14/lifting straps. We should talk :)
Atk 2. For what reason? Lifting?
ATK2, it's $5/stay, as far as I was charged. Shirt, shorts, New Balance shoes and socks. You get to keep the socks
^stay. I guess I have fat fingers...
