Take control of your mornings! We never know how long our days will go, but if you already did a workout or yoga or anything for your own health (including meal prep) in the mornings, work can't take that away from you.
Read labels. It’s on the back of most foods. Follow the percentages of fat, cholesterol, carbs, fiber, sugars and protein to a T, and voilà, you won’t be overweight. I’m not joking, the numbers are a decent rule of thumb.
I did a few sessions with a nutritionist to see what I should be eating then just followed the plan (loosely) on my own. Sign up for one workout class a week of any kind! Gympass is a good resource for this if your firm offers it.
