Why are you with somebody who has so little regard for your well-being?
I just want to roll off properly, finish the job at hand. But even that is getting really difficult to do :(

Quit life is too short
What I mean is - this guy is not a good leader or mentor. He’s just sucking as much work out of you as he can and not giving you anything back for your career. He doesn’t care you are getting burned out right? So why care about his feelings Can you get un-staffed from this project? It’s abusive to be on-call 24x7.

This was me till a couple of weeks ago. Last week was horrible with three 4/5am nights and 9am meetings the following morning and the Partner on my project saw my lack of productivity and unawareness. Yes, I could have had multiple coffees and chugged through the day but I wanted the Partner to directly see my energy levels with the hours I’m working and the impact it’s having on my work. The Partner talked to me about this and told me to take it easy this weekend. Don’t think it’ll impact any feedback discussions because most sensible Partners realize when they’ve gone overboard
So is it just this weekend PwC? Or are you officially done? Where do you draw the line and say no more?
