Hi,
My last working day was 11th Nov and I submitted my asset to TCS location and got the Initial release letter as well. Later on 17th or 18th of Nov, I got a message from TCS that they have sent the Packing material through Vendor, please accept it.
I didn't accept the material and cancelled it when the delivery boy came to my location.
So, is it going to create any problem in getting reliving letter? Share your thought please

Absurd, I know. But your boss is asking and you work for your boss so you execute what your boss has asked for and at the same time you also execute what you believe is a more appropriate solution based on the problem or need to be solved. Present both and keep what *you* think out of it, ground everything in the business case. For whatever reason—insecurity, ego, doesn’t matter—your boss doesn’t trust you yet. Either they will learn to eventually or you’ll have done all you can so can feel great about finding a new boss somewhere else.
This is so helpful. Thank you!
Players play. Coaches coach. Execute faithfully but, like ED1 said, have your own solution to present and justify. You earn trust and respect through execution.
Additionally, ask why the small fence. There may be a reason you didn't know or it could have been their default/comfort zone.
Go get 'em.
Half the battle is showing them you understand and can do what they’re asking. After that they are more open to additional concepts
Smile and say yes while you polish up your portfolio in the evening and find a job somewhere else. There’s no fixing this, and the sooner you make your exit, the better. Tell NO ONE about your plan, loose lips sink ships.
No one at your company, or anyone who could spill the beans to your current employer.
Some of the designs also look super similar to already existing designs (created by someone else and found on the Internet). I’m getting discouraged because I’m not getting a lot of creative freedom and my boss doesn’t seem to like anything I’m creating but can’t usually explain why.
