How do you handle a parent who constantly criticises the other one? It’s not like they are both constantly unhappy, they are always laughing with each other and doing things together. But, they criticise each other regarding petty issues.

I don’t know if coming out is something I should do or not anymore. My girlfriend and I want to get married in the next couple of years but thats not something I want to keep secret. It hurts me that I feel like I have to do that, but I don’t want to risk losing my job. I know they can’t fire me for being in a wlw relationship but they don’t have to give a reason.
