Is 28LPA good salary for 5 years of experience?
Got an offer from EY-Parthenon for Director level 3 at $240k. The signing bonus would probably just go towards repaying my retention bonus; so it doesn’t matter. Currently at $210k as an M3 at Deloitte. Should I ask Deloitte to match or just move to EY-Parthenon? What’s the process to ask for a match - just talk to my Coach? Will I be pissing people off at Deloitte by asking for a salary match? Asking because I hope to make a case for SM in Dec/Jan.

It's easiest question to answer . Just let them know what you expect and if you are flexible to negotiate.
I think my expectations are pretty standard. But I don't want to take the bottom of the barrel.
This question is art work.. so you need to sculpt your answer really careful. You got what I mean
I do use a semi transparent technique. Let them know what's my current financial status and Why am i looking for more and will have a justification for my expectations.
I like this framework. Any special terms I should use?
