Honest question for people who choose to speak out against protests and riots but not about a man dying. Why is the one message or post you decide to make is about a riot? Why is that what causes you enough discomfort to speak out? All people are asking is that at the very least, you use the exact same amount of time and effort to speak out on the racial injustices and police brutality in America. I’m interested in HEALTHY dialogue. I’m open to learning what the other side is thinking.

Wise 🐠 out there, I need some guidance. When do you draw the line at work that it is not you but it’s the environment that is toxic? To name a few, I am working with project team that are not so responsible and delegate their administrative work all the time which I end up taking because I want this project to succeed. No clear guidance or direction from management yet expecting to produce. I am anxious, can’t sleep and angry all the time. I’d hate to be a whiner but when do you draw the line?
Feeling burnt out & discouraged lately due to creatives who are bullies and a boss who is clueless. Trying to stay positive for my direct reports but want to crawl under a rock. Anyone else feel this?
