I have given tcs interview on 25th November friday and interview went well , the same day i got mail to upload documents. I have uploaded the documents on Saturday. And status of documents got changed to verified today. And my status from 25th is same 'Evaluation in Progress'.
HR who called me to upload document is not picking my call today.
Any idea when I'll get call from HR. My notice period is still 2 months more left. Will that have impact?Tata Consultancy

My wife has 5 years of experience in Banking Industry now she want to switch her career in IT, she has worked as coding instructor for html/css/js/react native, she has React certification as well. Now she is ready to take interviews.
Now how to convey this to recruiters and are they ok to take interview for frontend developer, how much experience can be considered and what salary can be expected?

Interviewing is a learned skill like plenty of other things like sports or acting. Practice makes perfect.
It’s not personal, it’s business.
Likability sells. As such, being likable or hiring for likability is a good business move. This is related to how hard skills and logic aren't everything, and EQ type stuff is at least as important.
Everyone is different, but I get genuinely excited to talk with interviewers when they are nice or interesting or when I'm excited about the company / role.
It's only painful a small percentage of the time. When you don't really want to move forward with the role, when the person is boring (or worst, rude), etc.
