Bowl Leader
Some tactics I've seen: - Post smart stuff on LI or Twitter semi-regularly, just share interesting stuff you read anyway - Ask about a catch-up call once a year or so - Text something short but nice on holidays or birthdays (optionally with a pic), just so they remember you exist
I would say staying relatively active and commenting/liking people's stuff on LinkedIn or Twitter as silly as that sounds. You can also just honestly reach out even if it's been a while. I've re-connected with people a year+ after leaving my previous job and it felt perfectly natural. If you try to force it you will come off as disingenuous and exhaust yourself
Absolute silence. Did you get any response on any other bowl? I'd say that 6 months isn't too long, you could start pulling up an initial list of target companies and reach out to folks at different levels for virtual coffee chats and skill up if you identify areas that you need to polish before the interview.
