This general strike talk has really got me re-evaluating my whole career. I can’t complain about compensation, I’m paid well, I have benefits, and I have a roof over my head. But the work life balance and unsustainable productivity expectations that have been created by agencies that won’t say no to clients needs to change. We place/create ads to turn millionaires into billionaires while we’re treated terribly. Something’s gotta give. I don’t know a single person who isn’t burnt out right now

Hi! I’m running a startup after work for this neat web app idea for the last year and although we’re still building it, I feel like I’ve learned and directly applied the product management role. And I love it! My question is: should I list this as experience in my resume? (I’m a former employee from the consulting side) I had a first round interview, that from my perspective, I aced… I answered everything thoroughly, I was engaged with the interviewer…she stated my skills lined up perfectly with the role and that she wanted me to talk to her manager….15 min after the interview I get a no go email…ugh

My in person onboarding was on 10th October. I went for the same and attended the sessions as well. I didn't have my relieving letter so they postponed my onboarding to 17th October. But I didn't receive any onboarding email. Also on 1st November 120 days of my offer will be completed. As per the TCS policy I have to join within 120 days. Recruiter and HR are not responding. Any insight on my situation?
