How do you know if your relationship is moving out of the honeymoon phase or if it’s just your relationship anxiety eating away at your excitement 😅

How long has it been?

6 months

Not entirely sure on the parameters for “honeymoon phase”, but I’d say when you genuinely get annoyed like they’re a long time friend? Mine officially ended yesterday after 4 months when we had our first fight. It wasn’t the first time he’d done something annoying but it was the first time I decided not to overlook it. So we had an argument and today feels much better because now I know what our arguing styles are and it makes me feel more comfortable to discuss disagreements in the future without feeling unsure of myself.

TL;DR: when you feel comfortable enough to be yourself and you don’t shy away from moments of potential conflict with them.

Hm see we just had our first disagreement and it’s making me feel more insecure.

Read the book 'Attached'
It's a good, quick read on different relationship styles. Describes three styles, how to identify yours, understand your behavior and reactions, and how to make your style work with your partner.

Would you feel comfortable telling HR that your service line’s culture sucks and name the individuals who cause it? Or is a better approach saying it’s the leadership in general creating a negative and toxic culture? How effective are these conversations really? Trying to assess if there’s any point in bringing this up. Obviously HR works for the company and an employee sharing their thoughts on the unsupportive, cold leaders could bite me in the long run.

My organization absorbed another and the former deputy PM became a branch head - a demotion. For org was more focused on tech dev and not delivering a product on a sked. New org is very focused on that. He is not a driving leader, but is the only one with the tech knowledge needed. He is retirement eligible. He has no heir apparent - previous org didn’t plan that way. If I move him under someone who is a driver - he retires and I lose the knowledge. If I don’t, we may not meet schedules. Advice?

Hello! I am an experienced primary care group health center manager (I manage two sites) with 20+years experience as an RN (BSN degree). I live in Oklahoma and currently make 100K per year. I am planning on moving to Washington state. What should my salary expectations be in that area of the country? Thanks in advance for your input!

Has anyone dealt with persistent fluid in your uterus? This seems to happen to me every cycle, and I feel like I’ve tried everything under the sun to get rid of it, but it still persists and what’s worse is that the doctors don’t seem to know what is causing is. I’ve tried estrogen (both vaginal and patches), Clomid (would do the trick if it was cervical mucus), and also aspirating the fluid (but that just resulted in failed FETs).

How likely would your agency be to sponsor a visa right now? I feel like it’s a bit of a lost cause. For context, I’m a Canadian looking to make a move back to London at an AD level (worked there previously as a Sr AM on a Tier 5).

What are are the weird things that you do to introduce your culture to your non-South Asian partners? For example, I test my bf with a list of Indian mango 🥭 varieties such as Neelam, Banganapalli, Dasheri etc. and will call a pop quiz randomly 😂 🥭

Which privacy certifications would you recommend getting? Maybe one that’s available through the IAPP membership? I see that they are increasingly required in job postings, especially for in house roles. TIA
