Applied to a business ops and strategy postion and it says min qualifications are “2 yrs experience in management consulting or equivalent business strategy” but i have not done consulting

I had to get a hysterectomy at age 39 due to endometriosis (stage 4). I’m 42 now & greatly suffering from menopause. One doctor said that going on hormone therapy greatly increases my risk for endometriosis to return and become cancerous however another doctor told me this isn’t an exact science. I’m getting conflicting answers to whether or not I should do hormone therapy and it seems like I can’t get a straight answer to this question. Does anyone know anything about this?

Underwhelming experience interviewing at Google thus far . Recruiters are far from organized while the actual interviewer comes with a robotic set of case questions without even bothering to ask anything about your background or experience. And when asked a question they give an ambiguous long winded answer which is barely related to the original question . While EY may not match the money Google pays we definitely treat prospective hires with much more courtesy and respect.
