If you want to be exclusive, tell them? At 3 months of dating you can say that without it being too soon. If they're not there yet, you can Bumble on and probably keep hooking up with them
OP - so you're dating the perfect person, and you're afraid of telling if you should make a move? This person deserves better than you, I would lock that down with the quickness.
