I just don’t eat
try intermittent fasting + one meal a day (OMAAD). friend in a startup (aka crazy workload) lost 20 lbs in 3 months without exercise.
1) My fitness pal - track everything always. No excuses. 2) go to the gym at least 4 times a week. Even if you’re falling asleep and barely doing anything in the gym, just make it a mandatory habit. Backpain isn’t an excuse. 3) limit your drinking - that’s what makes it impossible for most consultants
Yeah definitely limit alcohol, if not cut it out completely
What are your current exercise and diet regimen? Are you currently in good shape or are you struggling with maintaining a healthy lifestyle and a desirable weight?
Control what and how much you eat. It’s the new habit that changes your weight.
You should be careful with sugar and oil, which build fat easily.
Excessive food also transforms into fat. Do some simple exercises to digest dinner before going to bed: 1) Walk and squeeze stomach a little, 2) Lunges, 3) Squats, or 4) Push-Ups.
You’re not eating less. You’re just eating whole food

Plan what you're going to eat for the day. Stop when you are satisfied--not full. Drink water. Don't let your emotions dictate what goes in your mouth. Don't use stress as an excuse to over eat.
