How do you make a switch from a change practitioner to a business, tech, or strategy role? I am wondering what are the transferrable skill sets that i can draw from change mgmt

Curious what other underwriters are being paid. We have had a good amount of turn over lately where people are getting 20K plus more, but the people we are hiring to fill those spots are saying we pay “way” more than their previous role. Seems there is a big gap.

I'm looking to pivot careers to a different industry. I did environmental engineering at uni, but my career for the past 10 years has been in project management for construction work in an industrial/power plant setting. I'm open to project management/strategic roles. I'm potentially interested in tech, but I'm open to all suggestions and advice!

Got a call from a recruiter for Dell Strategy today - she spent about 3 minutes on the phone and said “can you provide me 4 45 minute blocks for case interviews”. I feel like she didn’t really tell me anything about the role (she emailed me a JD earlier), or comp. I’m 25 and have been working for the same bank for 2 years. Started as a call center agent and moved into a supervisor role. Love the company but the pay is barely enough, I work 8-10 hours of OT a week to make enough for rent and living costs in Toronto (would work more but there is an OT cap). Any leads on jobs I should look into? Would love to be making upwards of 75k ideally. I have a BA and have done some python and SQL courses

EY PAS said that they can’t offer more than 115k for senior associate in Chicago. I find that ridiculously low since accenture t&o is offering people 140k to join as a consultant. It is from my understating that ey associate is equal to analyst and sr analyst at Accenture. Then senior associate is equal to consultant/ sr consultant. What am i missing here?
