Hi Sharks,
I have an offer from KPMG India and PwC India . I have 5 yrs of experience in SAP successFactors where KPMG india is offering 15 lpa fixed and pwc india offering me 14lpa fixed . The variable is still not mentioned for pwc . Can you ppl suggest me which is better in terms of project and work culture.

Currently 2 days per week. Might move to 3 days. But it has not been made mandatory.
Most of MNC banks like MS, JPMC, GS have already mandated full work from offc.
Yes, that could work. Talk to your manager about this.
Also, factor in the 3 day working from office which is around the corner.
All the MNC banks have adopted hybrid model. Don't think any of them would go back to full WFH mode. Also, it's always better to compare like to like peer. I know it doesn't help outstation people but unless there is a change in perspective or low cost model this would continue.
Because of this reason I didn't joined HSBC.
I am in same situation. I got offer for perm wfh so I resigned from hsbc. My manager told its impossible to provide perm wfh in hsbc. Fully fed up travelling to Pune every due to hybrid model
Switch the company
You need to work 2 days in a week in HSBC and not like 5 days in a month.
