Am from Data integration background having 2.5 year experience in data analytics. But in apisero given hackereath test consist of Java, Devops, Network stuffs. Also seeing Glassdoor reviews for SSE position asked java, DSA questions. So is it be same for me too?? Or they ask questions on my background i.e data integration and data warehouse

Try going to the gym in the morning. Exercise releases dopamine, making you fresh, happy and less stressed. You'll start liking it and soon it'll become a habit.
In that case cut down gym time by 15 mins. Get up 15 mins early, do 5 mins HIIT, 5 mins break and 5 mins meditation. Probably you are getting up and rushing to office and hence having stress.
Let me tell what worked for me:
My gf told me you are such a thin guy.
I was ashamed that I will look like this while I am with my gf. I am going to gym regularly these days too because now I am making sure I don't end up like other unfit guy.
Step1) First be ashamed of your body. Share your pic with any girl then hear hard words from her.
Step2) Start exercising at home.
Also, Think like what will happen I am walking with my wife and someone teases her.
Will you have a body and guts to face any eveteaser? If no then start exercising.
Remember: You will always and always have work. There will be no point like I have earnt enough now I can go to the gym and spend my time.
I started working out in 2016 when I was in TCS Gitanjali park, kolkata. Best company for pursuing your hobby. I used to workout 1.5-2 hr instead of lunch time. TCS has very good gym setup in metro cities.
I could completely isolate myself in that 2hr.
Some time I used to come office only to workout in gym. I was fighting for release for 6 month from my project and that time I used spend more time in gym than my ODC đ¤Ł. I built competition level physique that time đ.
I still miss my TCS gym and gym buddies.
Now I go to gym in morning, my office daily call starts from 9:30 am.
Once you get into a lifestyle then it's hard to get out.
This is me now
Donât hit the gym every day, Youâll get bored and eventually stop. I do Monday, Tuesday Thursday & Saturday (but intense strength training) and getting good gains. Donât focus on cardio even for weight loss, weight lifting works better be it fat loss or muscle gain. 4-5 days of strength training is more than enough. All the best!
It's painful in the beginning. I tried everything but was not getting motivated. Then the thing which worked for me is to make it a matter of self respect in my own eyes. I used to stand infront of a mirror and challenge myself, ridicule myself . Slowly I got into the zone where I don't miss Gym no matter what happens.
Honestly no motivation works. You have to drag yourself to the gym everyday.
But once you are done, the feeling of accomplishing it one more day, is what makes me drag myself everyday.
It has been 160 days without any breaks
I started after engineering, before getting job and since then it's been 6 years now and I am unstoppable.
I'm short tempered. What's more taxing for me is to keep a calm face even when pissed repeatedly throughout the day. Hitting the gym makes me release that anger in a positive way. I pull weights like I'm choking my frustrations
