Airbus vs VMware
Fixed is same in both, Airbus is paying higher variable pay amount and hence higher ctc.

I am also in the middle of interviews with some other firms but for now I have these 2 offers. Which do you think would be right considering WLB, opportunities and hike/growth. If someone from VMware can mention what's happening within the firm with respect to Broadcom acquisition, that will be helpful

I am on PTO this week and my manager keeps Slacking, texting and emailing me asking questions that I believe can wait until next next week. She has also asked me to take a minute and send a quote. I am trying to do better and when I take PTO I’m focused on really taking time off and spending time with my family. Any suggestions on how to handle this?

Today I was told that the insurance company recommends a gradual return to work (3h/d ) for the first few weeks. Hello, I’ve been an LPN for 7 years and would like to work in a hospital setting now that they’re letting us back into med surg. But I can’t seem to land a job because I don’t have the 6 months of “acute care” experience. I’ve done tons of SNFs. And doctors offices. Any tips for how to be a stand out applicant? Also I’m in medical school now so I have a good knowledge base but it still isn’t getting me anywhere

I'm in a position that has a lot of interruptions and requires my leadership input on various things leading me to feel constantly overwhelmed. Should I bring this up with HR or my manager? Hello! I’m currently a Administrative assistant now working at a major medical system in Baltimore. I’ve previously worked for 10 years as a medical assistant in a variety of specialties and primary care. Lately, I’ve been feeling a bit stuck as to my next step. Part of me want to go into management, another part is saying go get your RN, and the other is saying go into Social Work. I’m all over the place. Any ideas? And how would I be able to cross over to management?
