Since you’re 2nd year analyst, that changes the narrative. Advice is don’t get on that entitlement bandwagon like many 1-3 yoes. Even if you jumped ship, you don’t have any craft and experiences to offer yet, and you’ll just rotate through like a worker bee.

Gain some leverage by obtaining an offer elsewhere.
I didn’t have a competing offer but I told them that I was comfortable staying at my current job. However, I would leave for $XYZ and a signing bonus of $ABC.
