Hello OW 🐟:
I have an interview scheduled for Senior consultant position (Private Capital practice - London office)
Can anyone share the insights on the below mentioned things:
1 - Compensation and other perks
2 - WLB (hours)
3 - types of projects (CDDs only?)
4 - Is it possible to switch from PE practice to generalist in case of burn out? I love this type of work but still I believe in long run it will not be sustainable.
5 - Should I expect only PE cases in interview?

Ask for it. don’t seem whiny or wishy-washy. also be reasonable and ask for a week more than the initial offer. if they offer 2 weeks, don’t ask for a month.
And also be prepared that the answer will likely be no.
Ha! Same, at every employer, but always no. Guess that point is not my forté!
