Finished a final round at a company I really want to work for but want them to speed up the decision making process + negotiation leverage. I have an offer I got ~4 months ago that has a base salary higher than what I've been quoted and I was thinking of just changing the issue date, and then sharing that with the recruiter. I know this is obviously a little sketchy but was thinking how they could even tell. Thoughts?
Does anyone have insight into WeWork or have experience working there? Talking with one of their teams right now. Certainly hesitant due to all the issues over past year plus the fact that COVID is hitting real estate but seems like it could be an opportunity to get in before they go public. Any thoughts or feedback would be appreciated!
