Create a Google Sheets doc with links and descriptions for all of those the project work. Use one document as your landing page of sorts, so you don't lose track of it easily.
Love this google doc idea I’m suggesting it to my PM director in Meta 👌🏼 for his teams
Find out what your stakeholders use the most and find a way to make that work. No matter how much *you* like something, if your people have other preferences, it's really hard to get them to break the habit. Don't introduce another tool unless it is absolutely unavoidable. Organize it the way makes sense to you and then communicate using the method preferred by your customers - your stakeholders.

Try guru (getguru.com) all of your internal, external, and docs can be found here. Plus, it is very easy to keep the content up to date. The answers you get in slack can be published with one click, and so much more.
I just create a wiki and store links to everything in it. Any questions get referred to the wiki, any updates need to be made in the wiki (or associated docs). If anyone wants to correct me on anything, I just have them make the update in the wiki.
If anyone reviews anything but the wiki, I call them out. Do it often and people just sort of fall in line.

After struggling with adoption of other tools, I use Google Sheets. I have a “Read Me” sheet, a sheet for my workstreams and that creates my timeline chart, then a team page, an asset page, an Action Items page for things that aren’t as task-ish, decisions to be made, etc. Then I set my conditional formatting for each status. It’s basically creating a relational database within a workbook. I’m getting good feedback and cooperation. Then I have a list of decks I have to update as well, and my own summary slides if needed
Just started using Notion and find it perfect as I can embed all the docs into it and work and update without leaving the page.
