It simply matters how you wish to be seen.
Do you wish to be seen as someone whose empathetic or someone whose impatient & fails to understand that even the best of us has a bad day
If this happens frequently, you may want to evaluate your message. The first line should read (to this affect), "Please read through this entire message as there is important instruction." Then, maybe leave white space and bullet your points.
If someone asks in the future, be polite and say, "Hello X. I've provided this info in my previous email. If you did not receive it, please let me know." And add some pleasantries.

Can you say “I’m happy to Re-send that”? And if it’s a candidate you make a note to yourself — this person doesn’t read carefully!
