I recently attended interview at accenture, i have cleared the technical round and i got a call from HR the next day asking for few details like ctc, expected ctc, experience etc...
After that call my candidature was put on hold mentioning there are no open positions for the compensation i am expecting and will notify me once a suitable position is available.

Will i get a call from accenture or should i start looking for other opportunities??

Accenture Recruiter asked salary requirement for a manager level role during screen (early question). I told her my minimum to jump— was it mistake to actually state the minimum rather than a range? Anyone had luck going higher later or getting a sign on bonus on top?

I️ was working on proposal coordination for a non profit before and then I got an offer to work in Tech. I️ miss proposals tbh but every time I️ interview for a proposal coordination role for a gov contract I️ blow it because the proposals are different from what I️ worked on in the past. Any advice on how to get past this so they give me a chance to learn?

What would you expect the salary range to be for a practice manager that manages 20 providers, 16 MA’s, 4 Billers, 4 Schedulers, 4 IVS, and 2 marketing employees. Doing everything from licensing/credentialing, creating policies/SOPs, training and auditing all staff, programming the EHR, managing financials, overseeing the scheduling of 250 locations over 3 states, and much more, basically every aspect of the practice except for treating patients. Not a typical “Practice Manager” position.
