I accidentally overfunded into my HSA. How can I move money out of it without being penalized?
What do you do to take a mindful moment or get away from work mentally? I’m noticing myself think about work constantly (before bed, after waking up, in between watching shows, when I’m just trying to sit in peace!) Sometimes having things simmer in the background can lead to a spark of inspiration for an argument, but this doesn’t feel sustainable?

I’ve received an offer for a part time position but unfortunately just learned due to unforeseen circumstances, I will need to continue working full time and in my current role for now. The position is in graphic design. Has anyone ever turned down an offer but offered working on a freelance capacity as an alternative? Staying full time and taking on freelance would be something that would mutually help both out. Does anyone have any advice for how to navigate this conversation?
Just scored a 750 on the GMAT (49Q/42V/8IR). Is this worth re-taking to potentially score 20-30 points higher? Reasons I'm considering are (1) verbal was significantly below expectations and (2) I'm in a very competitive ORM bucket

Having had a few promotions at my first job out of college to accepting an offer for a managerial role at Robert Half and within a year discovering that was not the culture I fit to now having my dream position. I’ve discovered one thing that became true for me for my mental health. That is that you can have just as much success at a smaller company that is motivated by humility along with profit rather than greed or fear, but the community is still there and that made the difference.
Do any of you use Uber Eats or Door Dash regularly? Any tricks for not having the fees nearly double your cost? I live alone and have a car. I have a hard time justifying the spend unless I'm sick.

Looking for some advice. I have a Heloc with a 75k line. Should I tap 50k of it to buy another property which will net me a 10% return (after first mortgage and loc interest is paid)? Then, I would pay down the line by 3-4k per month. The 10% return would equate to $250 per month. OR do I just save up more cash and not tap the line (as much) and make $400 per month on the rental. Option 1 or 2 make more sense?

How does wholesaling a property work? If you are buying a primary residence but life circumstances mean you can't really move into it, can you wholesale it? Do you talk to your lender about this or should I find a lawyer or something? Anyone done this?
