I am leaving retail pharmacy after 15 years. I am opening a 403b pharmacy for a FQHC. I don't believe that retail pharmacy will be able to sustain itself with patient costs skyrocketing. Now i recently joined this new org in finance domain with business analytics as the role and everyday i think is this decision right! How do i know if this is good for me or it’s not! So I started at a new role at a known retailer about 2 months ago. While I understand it takes time to adjust to the culture, its seems like all I have witnessed is resistance to change.
