Seems like a great opportunity ex big law folks, in my practice area, no billable requirement, culture embraces remote work, appearance of forward thinking firm. At last firm I was making around 140k (underpaid for market), offer letter is 85k and potential bump to 100kish after a certaib period. Do I bother trying to negotiateor just accept and leave money alone?
