Hey Sharks, I joined in verizon india last april, i got moved to new project at july end. I have 2.5 years of experience in java,springboot, Micrservices architecture. But in my new team deployed in a support project. Feeling depressed and frustrated. asked manager 2 times to change my responsibility. But he's accepting in call but not doing what he is promised. In the army they teach you “speak from the diaphragm”, meaning it should feel like you are speaking all the way from your belly upwards. Not sure if that is helpful to you, but I can project my voice as loud as necessary no matter how big the room or crowd, and that’s all I do.
Deepen your voice and make it more flat...
Try squeezing just your second and fourth toes together on your non-dominant foot and holding your breath while talking. Secret trick I learned a few years ago.
Try experimenting with a little more nasality -- what singers called "head tones".
D1 has it best. Learn to use the diaphragm.
I think the part I’ve always struggled with is that if you don’t already know how to use the diaphragm it’s hard to learn what that feels like. I’ve tried stuff like trying to take a full breath all the way down to my abdomen and applying slight pressure with my hand as I resist with what I assume is my diaphragm as I control exhaling, but I still don’t really “get it”.

One way to train yourself to speak from the diaphragm is to lay on your stomach and lift your upper body up with your core then speak out. Might be a weird thing to try but let’s you know what it feels like to speak from your diaphragm.
