Posture correction or use a muscle therapy tool like a lacrosse ball / foam roller / theragun
I use a tennis ball and lay down on it or put it on a wall and press up against it!

This is where I carry my tension too, posture is key. I also use lacrosse balls/rollers but when it’s really bad, I just have to take a moment and lay flat in the floor. Sadly, I don’t feel like much helps when it’s already bad, so I have to be more proactive than reactive.
