I don't think it's a terrible idea to introduce yourself to them, develop a rapport, and then tell them you're not looking to move at the moment. They could be useful later, assuming they are legit

Politely decline, unless they've clearly copy-pasted something completely irrelevant to my profile into a message for everyone on the website, in which case sarcastically or not at all.

If by email- delete and usually set rule to auto delete in the future.

Should I be aiming m7 with 4 yoe (1 as an internal consultant for a small company and 3 at a b4), 760 gmat, 3.3 engineering UG from a top 10 engineering program (3.5 engineering gpa), not a ton of ECs and ORM? Planning on applying this year round 2 but not sure if I’m more in the m7 or t15 range.

Any advice for approaching a maternity leave conversation when my company has no policy, no HR dept and I have no contract? I’m a partner shareholder in my company (we’re not in the US), 19 wks pregnant. I know the time off and pay I’d like to negotiate, but my partners are male and weird about money. I’m underpaid in a very senior 6 yr position, my job is stressful and around the clock, so I want proper leave. I can’t afford childcare and our govt stat leave is terrible, it won’t pay my bills.

Got a job offer at Deloitte for manager level. Looking for a summary of benefits. I know 401k match but is there a waiting period, do you have something like pwc’s wealth builder. What is parental leave? What is the phone benefit? (Pwc subsidizes phone and pays plan). Health insurance I assume is crap but who is it through? Any random benefits that stick out to you that other firms might not have?

Have anyone done contracting negotiations before? I've interviewed for co A & B and co A extended an offer today. The offer does not meet my current salary. Co B's interview structure is 3 rounds and I've finished my 2nd round today. The recruiter mentioned that since I am a contractor my current salary is incomparable as they will provide benefits, etc. Is this true? I have 2 yrs of contracting HR exp from fortunate 500 co’s & OMW to get my SHRM-CP. Appreciate your advice in advance.
