How is the Business Operations (BO) team at ZS? Particularly at AC level. I have couple of more questions: 1. WLB as I have heard is pretty pathetic at ZS. Is it same in BO team as well? 2. Salary range for the AC role? (I have 3+ years of experience post MBA, before MBA 0 years, transitioning from big 4) 3. Any on-site opportunities? 4. How are other perks at the organisation? (Apart from fixed pay)

Any tips on lateraling from Big 4 Tax M&A to Corporate/M&A or Tax Group at an AmLaw 200 firm?
Joined EY TAS mid-Feb as staff 2 (had 1.5 yoe before in audit). With the October promotion now pushed earlier to August, am I still eligible to be considered for that promotion batch? I understand that I'll finish cycle 3 FY22 evaluation in May and maybe half of cycle 1 FY23 in July... Just not sure how the timing works. Also any advice on how to bring this up to the partners would be much appreciated! EY
I’ve decided to make my career in the government side of consulting. Been doing it 10 years. Seems hard to find jobs where I manage people unless at a big 4. Anyone else find this true?
I’m struggling with finding jobs that are outside of accounting (Currently an auditor at a Big 4) . Any advice to those on a job hunt for jobs that are far from accounting? I can’t help but feel like none of my previous experience matters in the new roles i am looking at ( I’m looking for business operations or consulting type roles)

How is the annual raise looking like in Bain in non consulting roles? Are they doing any benchmarking?
I got an early promotion but instead of feeling proud of myself or fulfilled i feel...nothing? I like my job and company and hope to stay and grow here so that isn't the issue but with all the heartfelt congrats detailing how I'm so deserving pouring out from coworkers i kind of just read them and go meh (i say thanks obviously). Should i feel happier?
I learned I’m not getting a promotion to a senior role. I’ve shown leadership skills for the year + 9 months here, have prior IT support experience, etc. This decision was made by the interim sup I’ve only had for 3 mths whom went with another candidate. I did briefly voice in this mtg that I am seeking an increased salary. Im currently @ $60K and was told I’d get $63K to take into acct inflation and being a good performer but do deserve more. Help please since my performance review is soon.

My creative director legit stole my idea after telling me it was quite hitting the mark. He was then praised for the interesting innovative idea. 😒
No idea which bowl is the best for asking this question, so generically posting here: Is GoPro the best/go-to brand for recording action oriented video, or are there better competitors I should consider? Use cases would be for some biking, but mostly water oriented activities [scuba, paddleboarding, etc]. Evaluating based on price, features, accessories, build quality.
Does anyone know when the best time of the year would be to buy a car is now? How is this current pandemic/economy affecting dealer pricing, etc?

Worth leaving a comfortable in-house job for an extra $50-$60k for another company? Current job is laid back, 8-4pm, 1 day a week in office, new job seems like 9-5:30ish, hybrid 2 days a week in office. Just nervous to leave my current job been here 3 years and have a good relationship with everyone. Thoughts?
In the early stages of interviewing at a large company for an in-house role. They volunteered some basic comp information at the first interview to be transparent. A large portion of the comp (40%) comes in the form of RSUs. If we progress further, what questions should I be asking about the RSUs? The vesting schedule is key. Thoughts on pros / cons of this form of comp? My biggest concern is that the base salary is too low for me to comfortably live on…but the “total compensation” is great!
It's March, and I have done a lot of seminars in Jan and Feb. I've gotten a few clients but would like to increase AUM drastically! Any books, sites or advice on what I can do for marketing?
Has anyone ever negotiated a higher salary to move to a new role within Deloitte because they had a desirable/in need LCAT?
MM analysts/associates - what are your hours and WLB life? Thinking about making the jump from FDD but want to make sure it’s the right move for me from that perspective. I’ve been working average of 55-60 hour weeks and find it very manageable and am still able to have a life. Don’t work most weekends but I have some and have definitely had a handful of nights working past midnight.
What will be the average salary for L4 level at AWS. Going to have a offer soon, any leads will be helpful.
So, it’s been two weeks since the last response from the HR recruiter (they said my resume and tests were shared with the team). Should I send an email? It’s normal that some process take this long, but I’m getting a little anxious.
Imposter syndrome, anyone?
Have seen comp for NACR (restructuring) listed at around 150-200 for analysts, 200-275 for associates, and one mention of senior associates at 375k. Supposedly NACR gets crushed in terms of hours. But i've also read that targets are around 2000 hours per year? Something doesn't add up.....e.g. Associate $550/hr * 25% cap rate * 2000 billable hrs = $275k.......but 2000 hours is slightly over 40 hours a week (including 4 weeks vacay), not the 80 hr/week. So is there a ton of time on vacation?
