You have to expand your search for comps until you find a unit that did sell with the kind of finishes yours has. But you'll also likely need to make other adjustments for things like location differences or ammenities etc. This is where is it helpful to have the advice of a Realtor that does a lot of business in your building and/or neighborhood. Do your research and don't just pick someone off Zillow
You can’t get too specific with comps unless it’s something relatively clean like “has pool / does not have pool”.
For stuff like quality of finish there’s an element to which you just have to bucket things like “turnkey v high quality” vs “turnkey but not perfect” vs “needs work but all cosmetic” etc. Getting really specific makes it too hard to quantify
