Honestly each of the professional service industries are being impacted in the same manner. The progress with D&I is not progressing as fast as we would have liked. HOWEVER this period and has created more opportunities for discussion and action than ever before (especially relating to people of color). At this stage it's important for us to be clear about the ask, action and process for holding leadership accountable.

Good question. Unfortunately, I don't have a good perspective of diversity across other professional services. I suspect some of the challenges may be the same.
