Capgemini I joined sometime back at D1 level , I do technical work most of time like coding, dev,testing etc.
I have worked a lot in my 14 years and still have required skills needed for the work. I don't have energy to slog any further. Moreover I get anxiety when I see junior level people doing same work as me and earning more or same.
I feel cannot sit longer hrs due to back issues and other health issues and family commitments.
Can I change to management side without risking my job .

I believe a lot varies by state in terms of closing fees, for example the state tile transfer, or county/city transfer taxes. Bank fees should be fairly consistent.
Best option for shopping is to call during your 14 day pre approval process and shop the loan offers and request the good fath in lending breakout. Compare the bottom line fees. Same with insurance, call a few and ask about bundle discounts.

Check out the ones recommended by your realtor, and then cold call a couple of others to compare fees.
Closing costs will vary by state and even by county. For example, my friend and I both just closed on $300k condos in NJ. Her closing costs were about $7k, mine were about $14k. It’s very dependent on the area you buy in, as a lot of the title search fees and costs are county/city dependent. Focus more on shopping around for the lawyer and insurance-you have much more control over those
