Hi Sharks, I had an interview with Tata Consultancy today and cleared the TAG round by answering all their questions. So here my query is, based on my performance will they offer me a hike of 100% or more from my CCTC, because this role is too relevant to my domain and technical knowledge so that I don't wanna miss out on this.

Tell them you're off for a week or two?
I already was! I would definitely use this but I was on vacation the first time they approached me
They may be at the end of the interview process with other candidates and are trying to catch you up so they can make a decision. Just made an offer to someone who came in at the last minute when we had other candidates do a final round 3 weeks ago.
Do they know that you're talking to other places? I've had agencies do that before. After they found out that I'm also talking to other agencies (they asked so I told them the truth), they suddenly sped up the process and then made me an offer. I told them I'll decide after I finish talking to other places and they were fine with it. The place that offered me was my first choice anyway so I used that opportunity to negotiate.
They don’t necessarily know, but I’d previously I told them innocently ‘it’s early days and I’ve just started to think about new pastures’. The people applying the speed are in-house the talent recruitment dept.

Ask to talk to other stakeholders or your counterparts in various departments to help you reach your decision. It can take a week to get time on the calendar with the CCO and the CEO. 🤔

Do you want to work somewhere that rushes the process? 🧐
Yes, that reason is probably open head count for a year and maybe a short window they are allowed to hire and your credentials and any behind the scenes shared connects say you’d be a good candidate. But if you’re getting a spidey sense ask them... could be a contract thing with clients that they have x days to fill an opening, maybe planning starts in aug and paperwork and start date could take a while. Come with positive intents and dig into with them.
