I graduated college last December and since I started working I’m basically saving up 50% of my paycheck or sometimes more. I’m still living the exact same way I did as a broke student.
Didn’t grow up with much money so it kinda feels weird for me to spend on unnecessary things, this month I bought some AirPods and felt super guilty about it even though I still saved up most of my income.
I really want to travel, especially to Europe, since my family didn’t really take vacations growing up. Might spend my money doing that after this whole thing ends.

I’ve bought a bicycle for virtually every niche of biking - road bike, full suspension mountain bike, fat tire bike, gravel bike.
Also bought a kayak, snowshoes, hiking boots, fly fishing gear, snowmobile.

Photography
Car photography can be a super cool subject to start playing with lighting! Not necessarily flashes as those are a pain to deal with on shiny surfaces, but people do it with light painting, you set your camera on a tripod with the shutter open for 10 seconds or so and you shine a big LED flashlight on the car, moving the beam around. I’ve been wanting to try that as there are some very beautiful cars often parked around my place but I’m afraid the owner might see me hanging around their car with a flashlight and call the cops.

Travel. Always travel. Four kids also suck the money right out of you but if I splurge ... it is usually to explore.

Pre-rona: Date night once a month, takeout/delivery Friday and Saturday night, lunch 2-3 times a week, some new piece of tech (usually for my desktop) once or twice a year.
Now: Just started getting takeout/delivery on the weekend again two weeks ago, that's it.
