What level would I come into BCG at - would I have a chance at senior associate or is it more likely to be entry level undergrad role?

How to deal with a partner who frequently calls me to review my work on the phone and wants to talk through every change no matter how small? We usually end up making very few changes from the draft and then sending stuff off. The first time they have reviewed is on the phone. But I also have other work and it’s hard to sit on 1+ hour phone calls and be unavailable. I have not had work product issues to date with any partner. Any ideas or do I need to just suck this one up?
