Usually LinkedIn or Glassdoor. I'm also constantly networking so that if and when I decide I'm in the market, I have plenty of connections to reach out to.
I mostly get calls from my naukri profile, brands I've worked with in past gives me an edge in ranking my profile to the top and also curating naukri profile is necessary so that you get relevant and decent calls.
Also I ask for references over LinkedIn.
In your case mentioning Amazon in your naukri will give you tons of calls.
Thanks a lot people ☺️☺️
I start by looking at job listings on LinkedIn. I'll save ones that I'm interested in and then use my free time to go through and fill out the application for each one. I have a standard cover letter put together that I can tweak slightly to fit the specific position/company and an updated resume ready to go.
LinkedIn is my first stop. I also keep a spreadsheet of companies I like and go through internal postings and apply. I always do a CV scan before applying to make sure it's relevant and tweak as needed for different types of jobs
