How do you stay on track or get back on track when you’re working a lot? I’m an M&A attorney and have been absolutely swamped and completely off the wagon with diet and exercise.

What I found was helpful was adopting a "something is better than nothing" mindset
Might not be able to be as aggressive but slower is better than never happening :)

Prioritize yourself and your health. Set aside time for food prep or working out before or after work. If that is not possible, set up meetings on your calendar (marked as private if you prefer) and spend that time working out.

Diet is the easiest thing to address on a tight schedule - you have to eat regardless so choose the right stuff. Maximize weekend time to workout and try to do a few reps of things during the day/evening during the week to decompress

I was in a similar position and wanted to jumpstart my healthy eating for my upcoming wedding. Would highly recommend trying a healthy meal delivery service (I personally do Sakara) for breakfast/lunch for a period of time - so much easier to eat healthy when the meals are pre-made and ready for you and all plant based/delicious!

Getting enough sleep and eating more organic foods, avoiding processed, high sodium, junk foods. Schedule post lunch or afternoon walks to get away from technology.

Apologies for the dumb question but what exactly does partner mean in today’s world? In olden times it would have meant you were a partial owner right? Does it still? Or does it just mean extra highly paid employee with a lot of leadership responsibilities?

Pandemic really jacked up my entire vibe. WFH from March 2020-August 2022, and I’ve gained 60lbs. Prior 2 this I wasin great shape, love the gym, love meal prep and could eat chicken salad daily like your average gym rat BUTTTTT I start back with a trainer tomorrow (Monday just always feels Ike the perfect day to start a new goal) and I’m laying in bed now just DREADING ITTTTT!
