This is for a PM role on their data product ops group. I have 6 yoe. Is 180-200k a fair base to ask for? I believe this would be for an ICT4 role. TIA

I work in insurance but I am trying to pivot into tech sales. I am having trouble explaining my metrics during interviews. For us, our KPI is based on a quota issued to each state. Ex Ma being 143%. Throughout Ma, we have multiple offices but my office, in particular, is currently at 260% of quota. I have brought in 60,000 of sales for our team. So I got promoted! Yay! BUT It was definitely on the earlier end: the job hasn’t lived up to expectations set in the interview and they did it so I wouldn’t leave. I’m still open to sr cw positions (the work just isn’t good at current gig) so should I not update my LinkedIn? I don’t want to limit myself to acd positions b/c I don’t have a book that lives up to it yet. Will recruiters not reach out about sr jobs if I update to acd/ places not think I’m serious about sr jobs if I apply as an acd?

Had an interview with Hexaware and 3 days back HR1 called me and said she will send the offer letter next week. 2 days back HR2 called me and said a client interview is scheduled for you and I attended that. Now if I fail to clear the client interview round, will I not receive the offer letter that is promised by the HR1?

Does anyone have tips on preparing for DEI interviews? I have looked at DEI behavioral questions online. Not sure what else I can do.

I have total 11 years of experience in IT (Enterprise applications:Oracle Weblogic) and 4 years in DevOps, Git, Google Cloud, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes. Currently working with Accenture India. (I’m a former employee from the consulting side) I had a first round interview, that from my perspective, I aced… I answered everything thoroughly, I was engaged with the interviewer…she stated my skills lined up perfectly with the role and that she wanted me to talk to her manager….15 min after the interview I get a no go email…ugh

How do I politely reject the opportunity while keeping the door open to other roles more closely aligned with my career goals/interests?
