Take charge of your body. This is *not* to say lose weight or try to fit into a socially acceptable aesthetic (unless you want to!). But this year I started focusing on truly taking care of myself. Not in a Instagram”self care” cliche way but a real way. I figured out what foods I’m sensitive to and eliminated those so I feel much better everyday. I started running and lifting, so now I’m proud of how far I can run and how much stronger I am. I drastically improved my sleep hygiene so I wake up refreshed each day. I went to a dermatologist and now my skin is much clearer. I’ve improved my posture, regularly whiten my teeth, and got treatments to make my hair smoother. All of these were things I did for myself, not focused on competing with other women or attracting more men. We only get one body and I decided I wanted to feel good in mine in a way that worked for me.
All that to say, invest in yourself and become the best version of you that YOU want to be. Then you’ll be so confident in the changes you make that you won’t feel the need to compare yourself to others!

Be confident and love yourself for who you are.. jealousy can really take it's toll. Look at other women in a different light.. instead of comparing, compliment them. We are all beautiful in our own way. When you realize and accept this, you will gain confidence in yourself.
