Hi folks, I have recently joined Publicis Sapient taking an offer of 14.4 LPA. I have total 4.5 years of experience and my previous CTC was around 3.4 LPA. I had various offers in hand but not one to counter this one and PS is providing me 4x+, so I couldn't negotiate much.
Another thing is I was an immediate joiner as I had left my previous organisation 3 months ago so I couldn't wait to think about this offer.
But now I think it's low, what do you think please let me know and suggest.

He’s either the nicest guy with no idea of professional boundaries or he would very much like to be in a relationship/arrangement with you.

Had a similar situation. Slept at his place in bed with him and borrowed clothes. Cuddled a tiny bit but that was all. Found out later he didn’t want to make a move because we were in the same practice. Also we were same level and didn’t work together so no weird business there either.
Sounds like he likes your company but may not want to get involved with a coworker.
I was super drunk. Like blacked out. So I’m not sure what if anything happened but if I know him enough he’s a complete gentleman he probably put me to bed and left it there. Didn’t share clothes, from my understanding of when I woke we did not sleep together maybe same room definitely not same bed. We are basically same level. Don’t work together often other than minor things opinions and such as I am the office manager (not an overseeing role) and the next morning he was super casual—which is really why I was so confused he Asked me what I was doing the rest of the day(sleeping) and when he was making plans to get up and go he said “not kicking you out, but I’m leaving in about 20 minutes” so I took that as a sign, got up, got my things together and walked my hungover butt back to the office to get my car.
I’m not mad about it, just trying to get a grasp on how I feel about it. I mean I feel like I might be into him but I don’t want to overstep it and I don’t want to assume that his comments, actions and offerings are anything more than being nice. But safe to say if the offer of staying at his place is unusual then I will tread lightly
