Should I keep my new job or boomerang back to my old job? The new job pays 50K more base, 25K more bonus and I get 40K a year consulting for the old job so around 115K difference in cash (not counting equity).

So why even consider going back to the old job? The new job keeps me busy 12+ hours a day while the old job is a coast at 1-2 hours a day max.

My background is in tech transactional. I joined a cybersecurity SaaS startup at the end of last year and now also handle more generalist matters in addition to all things commercial-related. My H1B will start on 10/1/2022, and I'm planning to go to my home country in October for H1B visa stamping. It say I should tear off the I-94 record from the approval notice, and the right half should be stapled in my passport. On which page of my passport should I staple the right half? Can I use a paper clip instead of a staple?
And at the US exit border, does the officer unstaple that part and keep it for themselves? Please advice me about the process at airport.
