How do you think law firms will change when all of this coronavirus stuff is over?

Started working out today after 2 long years.
Trainer just asked me to do bare minimum cardio.
Running, stepper, crunches, cycling, jumping and I feel so dead.

On a very low carb diet now for 4 days & have been feeling horrible: do I have to eat low carb to get healthy? I’m 5’7 155 lbs and I lift weights and think I’m too fat (male) 😫😫

I am suspected for endometriosis. I haven’t tried hormones yet but getting an IUD on Tuesday. Is it worth doing a laparoscopy? I am concerned about the risks. 33F, planning to have kids in the next 2-4 years. Not sure if I should wait and try it out before I get surgery.

So I’m 7 weeks 3 days and I haven’t been sick at all. I know I should count myself lucky and not worry at all because it’s normal but I can’t help myself but worry because I feel…normal? I got a handheld ultrasound at week 5 and the doctor saw the gestational sac but nothing else (which apparently is normal at 5 weeks) I have my first real ultrasound in 3 days and I’m so so so nervous. Any reassurance? Anyone else feeling this strange mixed emotions of grateful for feeling fine but also worried

Any of the sisters deal with gestational diabetes but already had a restrictive diet pre and during pregnancy?
Doctor says I have it, but I honestly don’t believe them. I don’t eat cane sugar (not even in sauces), gluten, dairy, or soy. So not surprised I couldn’t process their drink-I don’t consume stuff like that regularly. I walk a mile or do HIIT training 5x/ week. The condition doesn’t run in my family (and my mom has 4 sisters w/kids-good sample size) (cont’d in comments)

I had a missed miscarriage in January and opted for the D&C after the medication didn’t work. I found out I was pregnant again earlier this month but yesterday began the nightmare again, loss of symptoms, dull aching pain… I’m seeing my fertility specialist for what would have been an early ultrasound later this week. I’m afraid my body won’t naturally expel again and I’ll be left waiting in pain again to confirm the loss. Anyone navigate more than one missed miscarriage?

Confession: I love staying home with my husband and dog, and I kinda dread the pandemic ending. I don’t want to be forced to leave my house. I never want to go to the office again. I don’t really miss socializing with colleagues and friends. I absolutely love staying home and dread the day I’m expected to go into the office even a couple of days a week. I think I’ll be very depressed leaving my husband and dog every day after seeing how nice it is to stay home with them.

For reference, I’ve been practicing personal injury for 4 years and want to be doing entertainment law.

Drowning. Joined firm last summer, brought a decent little book, primarily litigation associate. I’ve been buried in numerous matters from my transferring clients and matters at my new, small-ish firm. I get consistently favorable results, im in the office all week, manage all my cases independently. After 6 months, just told billables are too low, turnaround time is too high, and theyre concerned about my fit. I feel like I’ve just been launched into a bunch of matters with little/no guidance.

Does learning/knowing more about your practice area after a few years working cause you to feel more stressed about malpractice etc than you did in the start? Every day I learn about something I’ve never heard of but feel I should have. Now that I know enough nuance to realize how much I don’t know, I hate knowing that I don’t know! Sometimes I look back on my first years and go… omg… I did/didn’t do that!
