How do you use AHA/BHA acid exfoliators? Do you use like a serum and leave to soak in, or do you rinse off? I’m finding different things online

*steps onto soapbox to tell everyone how great acids are* My 2 favorite acids and glycolic and lactic acids. I use Sunday Riley good genes (lactic) in the morning as a serum after I wash my face. I wait a few minutes until it soaks in and then I continue with moisturizer and makeup. I use glycolic acid pads at night after I wash off my makeup. I wait til it soaks in and then apply a heavy duty moisturizer because it can be drying. Glycolic acids come in different concentrations, so if you’re a newbie I recommend that you start with a product with a low concentration and then work your way up. I’ve used all of the following in order of lowest to highest concentration: Nip Fab glycolic fix daily cleansing pads, Nip Fab glycolic fix extreme pads, Glycolix Elite treatment pads: 10%, 15%, 20%. Ok I got the silk naturals lactic acid (super sensitive skin, and it has like 5 ingredients) and I’m pretty sure you don’t have to wash it off and it’s similar to Sunday Riley so awesome! Thanks guys!
