I am all for flexibility and hybrid work. We should decide whether we come twice or thrice a week to office.
However I feel those who want permanent work from home are hypocrites. They want Swiggy, doctors, teachers, restaurants to be open and available for them. They want blinkit to provide delivery in 10 mins. But they don’t want to step a foot outside !!!

Does anyone have a great way to keep track of how often students are going to the restroom. We are debating getting assignment books where they have to fill out passes. We had them before and it takes so much time and they often walk up while you are teaching to sign the pass. Just wondering if anyone has something that works better. We have several students who try to use the restroom every period.

Everytime I think about work and how I can't even make a strong case for myself for a promotion I get upset. Moved recently into consulting and lately I've frequently been feeling anxious and upset and this has escalated in a period of downtime when we don't have many jobs on and many are on the bench.
