I recently made a move into compliance, and I hate it. It’s so boring, and I miss working with lawyers in a legal role. We just think and interact differently, and it’s never been more apparent. I’m fairly junior so I’m thinking of making the move back to a firm and doing my time before going in-house. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Sooo my nanny fell asleep holding the baby. My husband and I work from home. So, he walked in, saw them and put the baby in the crib. Ask: Any advice on how to address this with the nanny? I’ve been struggling to find a path that I can take in my career that’ll help be grow. I’m currently working as a Systems Engineer where I work with CRs, Release Management, O&M API checks, and more program/project management related work. I don’t know what type of roles I should apply for (ProjM?, ProdM?, Senior Sys Eng?). Any job I apply to at a big tech company, as entry as possible, I get rejected. Should I switch industries?
